Since 1957, we've been dealing with completely incompetent ownership. I'm so confused about the new direction this franchise is taking, and don't know what to do with myself.

One playoff win since 1957. Seriously, anyone ANYONE could have done better. You could have thrown a dart at a list of front office hires and hit one in the last 60+ years. Just sell it, take the capital gains tax hit, and do our fair city a favor.
