The ARP 2600 is a semi-modular analog subtractive audio synthesizer, designed by Dennis Colin for Alan R Pearlman, and manufactured by his company, ARP Instruments, Inc. as the follow-on version of the ARP 2500.

The familiar "Join or Die" logo created by Benjamin Franklin in 1754, with the American Revolution Podcast logo in the corner.

ARP Instruments, Inc. was a Lexington, Massachusetts manufacturer of electronic musical instruments, founded by Alan Robert Pearlman in 1969. It created a popular and commercially successful range of synthesizers throughout the 1970s before declaring bankruptcy in 1981. The company earned a reputation for producing excellent sounding, innovative instruments and was granted several patents for the technology it developed.

Hans Arp, better known in English as Jean Arp, was a German-French sculptor, painter, and poet. He was a dadaist and an abstract artist.

This black and white photograph was taken in 2022 in Joshua Tree National Park, a regular source of inspiration and centering for me.

This is a photo of one of my collages that features a reticulated python. I manipulated the photograph on the Layout app until I ended up with this fascinating image design!

This painting started as a piece of paper to blot another painting that I had applied too much paint on, I love that texture and design the paint forms when you smush it and lift it up! After all that dried, which took a while, I added some asemic doodles with black ink and a few intentional marks with paint to balance it all out.

This is how a painter doodles! Just making shapes and circles with multiple colors is so relaxing, and I love the bright colorful results!

This painting is home to many colors, textures, and emotions. They are all still there, hiding under the whitewashed veil that I poured over the canvas. Before it dried, I rubbed and scratched the white paint with my hands and nails. Digging deep into the layers, scraping away, revealing only traces of the chaos that once was.

An abstract painting in acrylic, I let my pallet knife guide me through this piece, it flows like a choppy jazz tune that you might ingest after a long evening.
