The idea of using machinery to pump water up to Marchlyn mawr reservoir when the price to power is low, and then drop from height - through the middle of the mountain down to peris lake, in turn powering electric turbines throughout the night and creating electric for thousands of homes around Wales during peak need ~ was a very good one, in its design and thinking... but how does Wales move forwards with this thinking, from the 70's and into the 21st century...? We as a Nation are teetering on the thought of new modern and more energy use and application as we career through 2020 and onwards... But what is our true vision? Seemingly, we need more, more energy, more infrastructure, more tech, more machines, more enterprise... just ...
