The year was 1988, just after Maniac Mansion. To me THIS was THE point and click adventure that defined freedom of choice in Lucasfilm games (then Lucasarts)... Well, at that time no one knew what freedom was in a videogame, anyhow I loved Zak and his crazy "Douglas Adams" world. The original Steve Purcell's cover (his name is on the crayons box) has been reconstructed in hi-res to fit the round cutout. Hope you like it as I do. ;-)

Friedrich Engels was a German social scientist, author, political theorist, philosopher, and father of Marxist theory, together with Karl Marx. Karl Marx (5 May 1818 – 14 March 1883) was a German philosopher, economist, historian, political theorist, sociologist, journalist and revolutionary socialist. Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov, better known by the alias Lenin (22 April 1870-21 January 1924), was a Russian communist revolutionary, politician and political theorist. He served as head of government of Soviet Russia from 1917 to 1924 and of the Soviet Union from 1922 to 1924. Under his administration, Russia and then the wider Soviet Union became a one-party communist state governed by the Russian Communist Party. The tradition of philosophical designs continues - this time dedicated to the Prussian-born philosopher Karl Marx. Split between his younger and older self, caught in the triangle of base and superstructure, which culminated in his life's major work "Das Kapital". This one is for all of you philosophers out there. "The production of too many useful things results in too many useless people." - Karl Marx
