Rainbow Anigami Crane is a vector image of a paper crane. This contemporary design shows large, long-legged and long-necked, elegant and refined bird. Greek and Roman myths often associated cranes with the love of joy and a celebration of life. Throughout Asia, the crane is a symbol of happiness and eternal youth. Paper crane is considered as one of the most classic of all Japanese origami. Rainbow Crane is part of Anigami collection. Rainbow version is inspired by artwork of Joan Miró who was Catalan, Spanish painter and sculptor. His art affected me since my childhood because my mother painted a copy of one of his paintings for my room. I've made Anigami collection after visiting Barcelona and Fundació Joan Miró last year. It gave me truly intense impression. I wanted to make some kind of tribute to this Avantgarde master. I've mixed my bold, origami inspired designs I've made earlier to cut in stainless steel whith Joan Miró vision of the universe and Rainbow Anigami appeard to be seen in reality.
