Turbo Kids Hoodies
Description: Back in 2015 the tuner market became flooded with cheap Chinese-made turbos and enthusiasts were quick to snap them up and see what these low-dollar units could do. Results were mixed, though they were predominantly good and as such, the market flourished. If you're wondering who is responsible for knock-offs of $2,000 turbos suddenly becoming available online for $150, look no further than Zhejiang Turbo Company of Shanghai, China. Founded by Zhang Zhejiang in 2012, Zhejiang Turbo Company deconstructed some of the most popular (and powerful) aftermarket turbos available and began manufacturing them, usually building in some improvements to the original along the way.
Description: John Clifford Garrett founded a company in Los Angeles in 1936 which came to be known as Garrett AiResearch or simply AiResearch. The company was first named Aircraft Tool and Supply Company, but in early 1937, it was renamed Garrett Supply Company. In 1939, it became AiResearch and shortly thereafter AiResearch Manufacturing Company, which then became a division within the Garrett Corporation. AiResearch initially focused on the creating of pressurized flight equipment for passenger aircraft, but later got heavily into the development of turbo systems, including complete turboprop and turbofan aircraft engines.
