Ancient Egypt Long Sleeve T-Shirts
Description: Isis was an important religious figure within the Ancient Egyptian pantheon. Wife to Osiris and mother to Horus, she wielded considerable power and was known for her skill in magic. She is often depicted in a winged form with a throne on her head, the throne being part of the hieroglyphs used to spell her name. I have based my version of Isis off various New Kingdom artifacts.
Description: This image, based off an actual artifact located in the Met, depicts the Ancient Egyptian god Horus in his falcon form. He is wearing the dual crown of Upper and Lower Egypt and behind him is a sun disk with a uraeus (snake), which in turn is carrying an ankh-- the Egyptian symbol for life. I've recreated this artifact in my own style making a unique take on "traditional" renderings of Ancient Egyptian artwork.
