I know what your thinking, and you want one with the final logo with the vestibule as well. Someone has registered it. I used to go to these all the time, but I always preferred Eckerd(s) as my grandparents would call it. They had 2000 stores Nationwide at one point, then were purchased by the CVS Juggernaut.

Shuffle your feet and lose your County Seat! Hustle on up with this classic design. The first County Seat store opened in Minneapolis in 1973 and was an offspring of the grocery store chain Super Valu Stores. County Seat grew to be one of the nation's largest mall-based specialty retailers of casual wear for teens and young adults with more than 630 jean stores in 46 states. Jeans and jean jackets account for more than 50 percent of the company's sales in 1993. Teens do their shopping in the malls, according to County Seat research, and the company expected its growth to continue with the growth of regional malls. The chain closed in 1999 following Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

I got my I.O.U. at Merry-Go-Round. Starting out as a single boutique selling only blue jeans in Atlanta in 1968, the trendy teen retailer Merry-Go-Round expanded quickly in the 1990s, to eventually 1,500 stores nationwide. By January of 1994, the company filed for bankruptcy and just months later, it closed all 1,500 locations, making it one of the largest retail bankruptcies in history.

Show everyone you're a preferred reader in this shirt. On March 4, 1933, Lawrence Hoyt opened a rental library in a leased space inside a Bridgeport, CT department store under the name Walden Book Company. By 1948 it had grown to over 250 locations in various department stores. In 1962, the company opened its first "Waldenbooks" store in the Northway Mall in Pittsburgh, PA. The 1970s were a time of extraordinary growth for Waldenbooks, with new stores opening around the country at the rate of one per week. Waldenbooks had opened its 500th store in 1978 and by 1981 it had become the first bookstore chain to have stores in every state. By the time the company was celebrating its 50th anniversary in 1983, Walden was operating 830 stores nationwide and was continuing to thrive. Beginning in 2004, many Waldenbooks locations were re-branded and it was announced that the company was downsizing the Waldenbooks chain. By January 2010, 200 stores were closed. Liquidation to close all of the remaining Waldenbooks commenced on July 22, 2011.

The first Musicland store opened in 1955 in Minneapolis. The company expanded rapidly during the mall boom in the 1980s and continued to grow into the 90s, becoming the US's largest specialty retailer of entertainment products. In addition to Musicland the company also ran Sam Goody, Suncoast, OnCue, and the Media Play Superstore Chains. The Musicland Group was purchased by Best Buy in 2001 at the height of Musicland's success, and unfortunately led to its demise. By then, Musicland numbered over 1300 stores, but Best Buy failed to generate the results they were looking for, losing $85 million in 2002. They had failed at properly running The Musicland Group and as a result, they put the company up for sale. The Musicland Group filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2006.
