I was inspired by a skeleton from a movie I enjoy. He had an interesting jaw. But then things got weird, which is normal for me. If something is normal can it be considered weird? Things that make you go "Hmmm..." http://www.artisticdyslexia.com/

Ya I'm a Radiology Tech, what's it to yah? I'm Rad, so rad in fact that I shoot people...for a living. You heard me. I.SHOOT. PEOPLE. and I get paid for it. So what if I'm talking about x-ray and radiation. Okay, okay, okay you're right. I don't really shoot people. I'm being sarcastic. Enjoy putting a smile on peoples faces with these funny products.

Friday the 13th seems like the perfect day to post a murderous critter (hockey mask sold separately). Was recently dealing with a customer at work that seriously pissed me off. I'm talking curb stomp a nun pissed off. I decided to focus my anger on a drawing. Normally I'd draw poop, but a cute, deadly, slightly unstable rodent was what I needed. What do you do when you're angry? http://www.artisticdyslexia.com/

I never dreamed I'd grow up to be a super sexy Rad Tech but here I am killing it. Who would have thunk it? Me as a hotty in Radiology playing with radiation. I'm pretty awesome if I do say myself. If you're a hot Rad Tech in the x-ray field then these are the products you. Or if you know someone that's confident or might be a little stuck on themselves then this would make a great gift for them.

I have a pretty simple but complicated system when I work with colors. For each color, I typically have 1-2 shadow colors and 1 highlight color. I shift the shadows one way and the highlights the other on the color wheel. Certain colors always have the same result mostly because of my own personal preference. For example yellow-green has a green shadow and yellow highlight. In this drawing, I forced myself to go against my instincts. I'm happy with the results, but it felt SO wrong. My mind fought it the whole time. http://www.artisticdyslexia.com/

It's on the tip of your tongue. The feeling that you know something, but you can't quite mentally grasp it or see it. That sensation is the inspiration for this drawing. Such a frustrating feeling until you finally grasp what you're reaching for. http://www.artisticdyslexia.com/

A lot of my work is really spontaneous. I start sketching with a simple idea such as a silhouette of a skull. As I work, it evolves. I almost scrapped this one. The sketch was SO bad in the beginning. Glad I stuck with it. http://www.artisticdyslexia.com/
