With more than 34,000 identified emotions, it can be a real struggle to assess what we're actually feeling at any given time - especially in a high stress situation. The emotions wheel provides an excellent simplified way to help with this. First select the feeling in the centre circle that's closest to how you feel. Then move to the middle section in that area, then to the very outer section of that area. When you can identify an emotion more specifically, you have a much better chance of being able to resonate with a positive one or find ways to combat a negative one.
