Description: This design was inspired by the 1987 sci-fi cult classic Robocop. The characters from left to right: Steve Minh, Leon Nash, Clarence Boddicker, Joe Cox and Emil Antonowsky form the despicable, ruthless Boddicker gang. What makes these guys so hated and memorable is half the time they're not causing chaos and mayhem they're laughing and having a good 'ole time.
Description: These characters were inspired by the 1986 cult classic, Big Trouble in Little China. There's Jack Burton (2nd variation without weapons) as the big goofball all American trucker who believes he's the hero everybody needs and the villainous, Lo Pan who is a powerful wizard cursed with no flesh and is seven feet tall. Then there is little old, Egg Shen with his six demon bag who is equally a powerful wizard and Lo Pan's eternal nemesis. The only female is the lovely, spirited Gracie Law who is a lawyer from Chinatown protecting immigrant rights and lastly, the true hero of the bunch is Wang Chi. His pursuit to rescue his beloved Miao Yin is what all the trouble is about.
Description: This design was inspired by the 1986 Tom Cruise Val Kilmer blockbuster classic, Top Gun. Tom Kazansky, Iceman is the best pilot of the class of Top Gun students. Ice cold and he makes no mistakes. Wears you down, you get bored and frustrated and do something stupid and he's got you.
Description: This design was inspired by the 1985 martial arts classic, The Last Dragon. A cult classic of the 80's that still gets me amped during the final fight between Bruce Leroy and Sho'Nuff, the Shogun of Harlem. The build up to Leroy's point of realization that he is the master, is what does it for me and countless fans of the adage from Buddha: we make our own path by own common sense.
Description: This design was inspired by the 1982 Sylvester Stallone classic, Rocky 3. The wrecking machine known as Clubber Lang aka The Southside Slugger went to Rocky Balboa's statue unveiling and issued a challenge to the Heavyweight Champion of the World. Clubber got his match and defeated Rocky Balboa in a 2nd round knock out for the World Heavyweight title.
Description: This design was inspired by the 1987 Sylvester Stallone arm wrestling movie, Over the Top. The underdog, Lincoln Hawk stakes everything he has for the shot of his lifetime: The World Arm Wrestling title held in Las Vegas against the five time champion, Bull Hurley. Win or lose, he redeems himself in the eyes of his son which is the ultimate prize.

Description: This design was inspired by the Jean Claude Van Damme, 1988 martial arts classic, Bloodsport. This deadly fighter is half Portuguese and Italian named Paco, who fights in the style of Thai boxing called Muay Thai. He is a fierce competitor in the kumite using elbows and knees to quickly destroy his opponents.
Description: This design was inspired by the 1984 Arnold Schwarzenegger scifi classic, The Terminator. The unforgettable scene at the Tech-Noir club in downtown L.A. where the T-800 robot tracked down its target, Sarah Connor for termination. Standing in the way is her protector, a soldier from the future, Kyle Reese.
Description: This design was inspired by the 1990 Sylvester Stallone movie, Rocky 5. Tommy Gunn, an amateur boxer with lots of upside finds Rocky Balboa in hopes for a training coach. Under Rocky's tutelage, Tommy quickly rose in the heavyweight circuit. To become the heavyweight champion of the world, Tommy left Rocky to join Washington Duke, a lowdown untrustworthy promoter. When the media turns on Tommy, saying he'll never be the champion Rocky Balboa was, it enrages him to challenge Rocky to a fight.
Description: This design was inspired by the 1988 blockbuster action hit, Die Hard. Led by the brilliant thief, Hans Gruber a former member of the Volksfrei movement, this group of German extremists crashed the Christmas party of the Nakatomi Corporation at their headquarters, Nakatomi Plaza, the tallest building in downtown Los Angeles, California.
