Description: MegaForce is a 1982 action film about an elite multinational military unit that does the jobs that individual governments won't. When the peaceful Republic of Sardun in under threat from their more aggressive neighbor, the beautiful Major Zara and General Byrne-White see the help of Ace Hunter and MegaForce. The movie was chock-full of futuristic military vehicles, weaponry, and enough stunts and explosions to keep any 12-year-old engaged, but sadly, that was about the extent of its reach. Intended to be a huge summer blockbuster, the film was poorly received by critics, bombed at the box office and was nominated for three Raspberries, including Worst Picture.
Description: 1990: The Bronx Warriors (Italian: 1990: I guerrieri del Bronx) is a 1982 Italian action-science fiction film. According to the film's advertising, "In the year 1990 the Bronx is officially declared No Man's Land. The authorities give up all attempts to restore law and order. From then on, the area is ruled by the Riders." The plot centers around Ann, a 17-year-old heiress to an arms manufacturing giant, The Manhattan Corporation. Unable to handle inheriting a morally questionable company when she turns 18, Ann runs away into the lawless wasteland of the Bronx. Attacked by a roller skating gang called The Zombies, Ann is saved by members of The Riders, and taken under the protection of The Riders' leader, Trash.
Description: In 1969, actor Jerry Lewis agreed to lend his name to a franchise business offered by National Cinema Corp Dubbed 'Jerry Lewis Cinema,' (JLC) the new franchise was sold as a turn key movie theater. Sales materials stated that theaters could be operated by a staff of two with the aid of automation and support provided by the franchiser. A forerunner of the smaller rooms typical of later multiscreen complexes, a JLC was billed in franchising ads as a "mini-theater" with a seating capacity of between 200 and 350. The success of the chain was hampered by a policy of only booking second-run, family-friendly films. Eventually the policy was changed, and JLC was allowed to show more competitive movies.

After McCann and Calamari cross paths with a rocker chick being pursued by bikers, it suddenly looks like it's going to be one crazy summer.
Description: Bavu! is a 1923 silent American drama film directed by Stuart Paton, starring Wallace Beery in the title role, and written by Albert Kenyon and Raymond L. Schrock based upon a play by Earl Carroll. The film is a period piece involving Bolsheviks and the Russian Revolution. Motion Picture News said of the film: "A Russian revolutionist incites the peasantry to burn the city. Mischka, a former servant in the nobleman's home, is commissioner of licenses under the new administration. He loves the princess and in order to get her out of the country it is necessary to have the passport sealed with the revolutionist's ring. With no prints of Bavu! found in any film archives, it is considered a lost film.
Description: The Last Rainforest is a 1992 independent animated musical fantasy film set in a picturesque rainforest, called Ferm Gully. The rainforest is inhabited by fairies, including Crysta, who has never seen a human before. In fact, she is told they are extinct. But when a logging company comes near the rainforest, she sees that they do exist, and even accidentally shrinks one of them: a boy named Zak. Now her size, Zak sees the damage that the company does and helps Crysta to stop not only them, but an evil entity named Hexxus, who feeds off pollution.
Description: Black Sunday (Italian: La maschera del demonio, 'The mask of the demon') is a 1960 Italian gothic horror film directed by Mario Bava in his official directorial debut, and starring Barbara Steele, John Richardson, Andrea Checchi, Ivo Garrani, Arturo Dominici and Enrico Oliveri. Loosely based on Nikolai Gogol's short story "Viy", the film takes place in Moldavia and tells the story of a witch who is put to death by her brother, only to return two centuries later to seek revenge upon his descendants.
Description: Movie Gallery opened as a small specialty video store in 1985 in Dothan, Alabama. The next five years saw them grow to about 50 stores, but tn the '90s, an aggressive expansion strategy saw the chain become one of the biggest video rental operations in the U.S., with over 950 locations. In the early 2000s, Movie Gallery was the second-largest rental chain in the U.S. and Canada, with over 4,700 stores worldwide. Despite the company's meteoric rise, by the end of the decade, digital downloads and streaming had taken their toll on video rental stores, and Movie Gallery was not immune. In April 2010, the company was headed into bankruptcy, and began liquidating all of its stores... the last Movie Gallery locations were closed in August 2010.
