Cool Us Army Posters and Arts
A few years ago, I received a Facetime from one of the smiliest little girls I'd ever seen. I knew the second I met her, I knew we'd have a special relationship and that even though I have a few years on her, she would be a major source of inspiration for me. Her name is Isabella, and like me, she has type 1 diabetes. Isabella is a triplet, and with the love and support of her amazing siblings (Mia & Max), and INCREDIBLE parents Kristina and Greg, she is growing up to be a fearless lil' goddess who tackles her diabetes with guts and grace. This design is a nod to a shirt her parents hand-made her on her first diaversary. This week marks her 5th year of living with type 1. Learn more about her story here: http://inspiredbyisabella.com/ A portion of the proceeds from this shirt will be donated to Beyond Type 1. Learn more about BT1 here: http://beyondtype1.org/

The United States Army Security Agency (ASA) was the United States Army's signal intelligence branch. The Latin motto of the Army Security Agency was Semper Vigilis (Vigilant Always), which echoes Thomas Jefferson's declaration that "The price of freedom is eternal vigilance." The Agency existed between 1945 and 1976 and was the successor to Army signal intelligence operations dating back to World War I. ASA was under the operational control of the Director of the National Security Agency (DIRNSA), located at Fort Meade, Maryland; but had its own tactical commander at Headquarters, ASA, Arlington Hall Station, VA. Besides intelligence gathering, it had responsibility for the security of Army communications and for electronic countermeasures operations. In 1977, the ASA was merged with the US Army's Military Intelligence component to create the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM).

The armored brigade combat team is the army's primary armored force. It was designed around combined arms battalions that contain both M1 Abrams tanks and M2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs). Other vehicles, such as HMMWVs and variants of the M113 armored personnel carrier, operate in a supporting role. In the future, it will also contain vehicles from the Future Fighting Vehicle and the Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle. An armored brigade combat team consists of seven battalions: three combined arms, one cavalry (reconnaissance), one artillery, one engineer and one brigade support battalion. As of 2014, the armored brigade combat team is the largest brigade combat team formation with 4,743 soldiers. Prior to 2012, the armored brigade combat team was named the heavy brigade combat team
