Oarfish T-Shirt

The Oarfish is an ocean fish that astounds marine biologists. It is very rare to see, but has been popping up more frequently in the media due to its mysterious story. Scientists are still unsure of fundamental information such as: its length, habitat depth, life span, and others. However, it is assumed that the Oarfish is the origin of the sea serpent imagery. It is suspected that sailors in history encountered Oarfish and recognized them to be sea serpents from the deep. Based on this interesting backstory, I created a print of my interpretation of an Oarfish's evolution into the sea serpent that we hear about in stories.
