Pirates Of The Caribbean T-Shirts
Description: "What is the East India Trading Company doing in the Caribbean?" "Well, we are East of India. Just the long way around. After all, when goods do not cross borders, then armies will." The East India Trading Company, otherwise referred to as the East India Company or abbreviated as EITC, was a British joint-stock company and megacorporation formed for pursuing and monopolizing trade with the Indian subcontinent and East Indies, and later expanded to China and the Caribbean. The East India Company traded mainly in cotton, silk, indigo dye, salt, saltpetre, tea and opium. The Company was granted a Royal Charter by Queen Elizabeth I on December 31, 1600. Shares of the Company were owned by wealthy merchants and aristocrats.
Description: The Golden Age of Piracy was 1717 till around 1720, a relatively short time and yet still captures our imagination. This t-shirt is based loosely around the Pirates of the Caribbean paying homage to the real roots of Calico Jack or rather Jack Rackham who spent his time around the Caribbean and in the Bahamas. Jack Sparrow's character is based partly on him.
Description: Ye come seekin’ adventure and salty old pirates, eh? Sure, you come to the proper place. But keep a weather eye open, mates, and hold on tight—with both hands, if you please. There be squalls ahead! And Davy Jones waiting for them what don’t obey. The classic Disney attraction on stuff for you to buy! Check my profile for other color options.
Description: The Black Pearl (formerly known as the Wicked Wench) is a fictional ship in the Pirates of the Caribbean film series. In the screenplay, the Black Pearl is easily recognized by her distinctive black hull and sails. Captained by Captain Jack Sparrow, she is said to be "nigh uncatchable". In the first three films she either overtakes or flees all other ships, including the Interceptor, which is regarded as the fastest ship in the Caribbean, and the Flying Dutchman, which is actually faster against the wind. Her speed is partly derived from the large amount of sails she carries, partly supernatural, and noted in Dead Man's Chest and At World's End as being "the only ship that can outrun the Dutchman".
