Scratchmen Apoo is a weird guy, captain of the On Air Pirates and known as the Roar of the Sea I'm not sure what to think of him. How he got his status as one of the Worst Generation and high bounty price should make a interesting backstory. Between his longarm heritage and music-themed devil fruit abilities, I'm surprised he ended up a Kaido sidekick. Also did anyone notice Scratchmen Apoo in Big Mom's backstory or was that another longarm tribe member?
