SPUNKT is a neologism made of the anglo Spunk and the german Punkt. This new word contains in its heart, the word Punk. Because we want to use a non-existent word in history, detached from the music and the a priori that we want to free ourselves from. A new word. A word to define. SPUNK : Showing spirit, courage and determination. Having audacity and grit. + PUNK : Counterculture movement, DIY esthetics and attitude. + PUNKT : Point. Ponctuation. Meeting point. Point in time. Making a point. = SPUNKT : A new word for the influence of punk in art in the 21st century.
