Bees are the linchpin of many of the world's ecosystems. They are in danger from climate change, habitat destruction and many other factors. We really need to act quickly to make sure the world's pollinators stay healthy.
A friend I met deep under the water in the Cayman Islands brings a message of kindness and conservation amid these times of garbage patches and rising sea levels and overfishing. Let's be citizens of this planet :)

A sea turtle spreading her wings during my first ever week of dives in Cozumel. All the amazing time underwater gave juice to my ink pens and white markers.

The magnificent gliding rays of Cozumel kick up clouds of sand in their wake. Fish will surf on top of them to catch creatures that are kicked up by their graceful flight.
