This is my brother and sister-in-laws cat 'Homer' he lives in Leith, Edinburgh, where he is king of his castle, but still a big softie and pals with all the local cats too. This one is for you Marisa x

I have a passion for Japanese birds, flowers and animals, and love to research this theme. Recently I found out about the beautiful Tsushima leopard cat, the sadly very rare species inhabits the island of Tsushima.

I fell in love with this little bird, and I had to draw him. With Ohia lehua flower, cherry blossom and ivy coral tree flower.

I fell in love with these birds the moment I saw them, so I had to start drawing some, and then decided to make a pattern featuring a pair of birds, layered with leaves and berries of the Macarthur palm, as I read they like to eat the berries!
