"Is this gonna be a stand-up fight, sir, or another Bug Hunt?" This artwork is my beefed-up version of the nosecone art featured on the Colonial Marines' dropships in the movie ALIENS. When the situation gets hot and heavy, it's wise to call in those very tough hombres, the Colonial Marines! They've mastered the art of Bug-Stomping and they're ready to clean up with all the tools at their disposal, be it tactical smart missiles, phase-plasma pulse rifles, RPGs, sonic electronic ball breakers, nukes, knives, sharp sticks… you get the point.

Are you good enough to roll with Sgt. Apone's Bug Stompers.

Bug Stomper was the name of the UD-4L Cheyenne dropship aboard the USS Sulaco. Piloted by Corporal Colette Ferro, it was notably involved in the initial USCM operation on LV-426 in 2179 by the Marines to deploy ground forces to the Hadley's Hope colony. My version of this classic nose dropship artwork from Aliens is very much based on the original in the film, though slightly tweaked to clean up a few oddities.
