Description: A graphic tee featuring the Apollo 8 Command & Service module making the first-ever orbit around Earth's moon. Apollo 8 launched from Cape Canaveral on December 21, 1968, and safely splashed down on December 27th. Includes crew names around the outer edge. Distressed graphics for a vintage look. The shirt would be a great gift for fans of space, astronomers, astrophysics student or professors, avgeeks, space historians & history buffs, future astronauts, aeronautics engineers, spacecraft pilots, etc.
