Description: Returning home early from a business trip, attorney Mitch Martin walks in on his girlfriend Heidi watching porn. Initially relieved, he discovers she is having an orgy. Learning it is a regular activity of hers, he breaks up with her. A few days later, Mitch encounters his high school crush, Nicole, at his friend Frank's wedding and makes an awkward impression. Later, he moves into a house located next to the fictional Harrison University campus in Upstate New York. Mitch's friend Bernard throws a hugely successful housewarming party at Mitch's, dubbed Mitch-A-Palooza. Frank gets drunk and is seen streaking by his wife Marissa and her friends, putting a strain on their new marriage.

Description: Best friends and nerds Lewis Skolnick and Gilbert Lowe enroll in Adams College to study computer science. The Alpha Betas, a fraternity that includes most of the Adams football team, carelessly burn down their own house, and urged by Coach Harris, take over the freshman dorms. Dean Ulich designates temporary living space in the gymnasium, and allows the freshmen to rush the fraternities. Lewis, Gilbert, and several other nerds fail to join fraternities, but are able to secure a dilapidated house on campus and repair it as a residence.

Description: Omega-Mu is a sorority at Adam's College. The Omega-Mu's have a reputation around the campus as being pigs, which Booger believes but has a complete turn around once he meets them. This is also the motivation for the Alpha-Beta's and Pi Delta Pi's prank during the Tri-Lamb's party. The Omega-Mu's team up with the Lambda Lambda Lambda's for the homecoming carnival. A new generation of M's appear in the third movie, which Booger uses to show the new Tri-Lamb's how to have a good party.
