Backed by "The Employers Blacklist," the group composition was produced by Ronnie Rouman and released on the Secret label. In a 1981 interview with New Mania, which included guitarist Steve Kent, Harry May was identified as a "well-known south London celebrity and 'Robin Hood,' in no way a villain, contrary to rumours spread by the Metropolitan Police."
