Description: Chernabog, the massive nocturnal devil from "Night on Bald Mountain," can take peoples hearts and holds power over restless souls. While officially a pagan god, Chernabog was originally intended as a representation of Satan. No less of an authority than Uncle Walt referred to Chernabog as "Satan himself" when the sequence aired on ABC in the '60s, and Deems Taylor refers to Chernabog as "Satan" in the film.
