Description: The USCSS Nostromo, registration number 1809246(09),[2] was a modified Lockmart CM-88B Bison M-Class starfreighter captained by Arthur Dallas, registered to the Weyland-Yutani Corporation out of Panama.[1] The Nostromo operated as a tug, connecting to and pulling loads like a tractor truck rather than carrying those loads on board like a traditional freighter. The ship was destroyed in 2122 when its reactor was set to self destruct by Warrant Officer Ellen Ripley in an attempt to kill the lone Xenomorph that was loose aboard the vessel. The ship and its cargo were completely destroyed in the resulting explosion.

Description: As confirmed by director Fede Alvarez, the Space Station from Alien Romulus is called Renaissance, not Romulus as it had been rumored. The Weyland-Yutani station is divided into two sections - a lab called Romulus, and an older part named Remus, which is partly abandoned. The Renaissance Station is a Weyland-Yutani-owned space station in an unknown region of space, orbiting a planet with a ring system. The station is circular and rotates around its axis, possibly helping it maintain gravity and a stable orbit. The Renaissance Station is divided into two sections - Romulus and Remus, named after the twin brothers from Roman mythology, who were nurtured by a she-wolf and later founded the city of Rome.
Description: The main ship from Alien Romulus is not called Romulus, deviating from the convention set up by Prometheus and Alien Covenant. The ship is named Corbelan IV, while Romulus is the biolab part of a space station designated as Renaissance. While the movie takes place in the year 2142 (between Alien and Aliens), the ship is more modern the USCSS Nostromo from 2122, but obviously less advanced than the warship USS Sulaco from the year 2179. The ship's name "Corbelan IV" is seen on the starboard side of the ship's bow, written in white paint. In addition to "IV", there is a "04" next to it, indicating a fourth ship in the same series. As with many other ships in the Alien series, the name "Corbelan" is taken from one of Joseph Conrad's novels

Atom Eins served as Kavalier's second in command, and Kirsh as the corporation's Chief Scientist. It controlled Neverland Island and Prodigy City in the New Siam region of Earth. In 2120, Prodigy recovered the wreckage of the Weyland-Yutani Corporation commercial vessel USCSS Maginot after it crashed on Earth with Xenomorph samples onboard.
Description: Weyland-Yutani Corporation, often shortened to Weyland-Yutani and commonly referred to as Wey-Yu or simply "The Company", was a large British-Japanese multinational conglomerate. It was founded in 2099 by the merger of Weyland Corp and Yutani Corporation. Weyland-Yutani was primarily a technology supplier, manufacturing synthetics, starships and computers for a wide range of industrial and commercial clients, making them a household name. The company also had numerous non-manufacturing interests; it possessed extensive assets in interplanetary shipping and transport, and operated human colonies outside the solar system through the Extrasolar Colonization Administration.
