Punks Cards
Description: "Warsaw" is the opening song by Joy Division on their An Ideal for Living EP. It was slated for release on the album that became Warsaw, which was originally scrapped by the band and not released until 1994. The song is available on a number of compilations, including Substance. The song appears to be a somewhat fantastical biography of Rudolf Hess, Hitler's Deputy Führer, who flew to Great Britain in 1941 in an attempt to negotiate a peace between Germany and the UK, supposedly because of his disillusionment with National Socialism. At a performance of the song "At a Later Date" at the Electric Circus in Manchester, Guitarist Bernard Sumner shouts "You all forgot Rudolph Hess" before the song begins.
Description: Punk Staredown - A tense and funny face-off between two opposites. A serious guy with a red mohawk gets smoke blown right in his face by a chill dude with a blue afro. This is a lowbrow punk art illustration in a modern cubism and psychedelic style, with bold outlines and geometric faces. Perfect for fans of underground street art, stoner culture, indie fashion, and awkward conversations. Ideal for punks, skaters, and lovers of retro 70s art.

Description: Louis Thomas Hardin, known as Moondog, was an American musician, composer, theoretician, poet and inventor of several musical instruments. He was blind from the age of 16. Hardin lived in New York City from the late 1940s until 1972, and during this time he could often be found on 6th Avenue, between 52nd and 55th Streets, wearing a cloak and a horned helmet sometimes busking or selling music, but often just standing silently on the sidewalk. He was recognized as "the Viking of 6th Avenue" by thousands of passersby and residents who were not aware of his musical career.
