Chabelo Hat

Xavier López Rodríguez (1935–2023), known universally by his iconic stage name Chabelo, was a Mexican-American actor, comedian, television presenter, and singer. Portraying a raspy-voiced, overgrown child in short trousers, he became one of the most beloved and enduring figures in the history of Latin American entertainment, entertaining generations of families for over half a century.
