Plan B Hats
Description: The Plan 9 From Outer Space Cast design is inspired by the cult film written and directed by the legendary B movie director Edward D Wood Jr. Recognised as one of the worst filmmakers of all time, Plan 9 stands as Wood's magnum opus. The film starred Gregory Walcott, Mona McKinnon, Tor Johnson, and "Vampira". The film also billed Bela Lugosi as appearing in the film, despite having died the year before and appearing only in silent stock footage.
Description: A forgotten transmission escaped a midnight drive-in and brought back the movie that never died. Beneath glowing UFO beams and graveyard fog, a dangerously alluring gothic queen stands at the center of cosmic panic while flying saucers circle overhead and the dead rise once more. This retro pulp sci-fi horror design crashes together cult cinema energy, alien invasion chaos, vintage B-movie atmosphere, grindhouse poster style, and classic drive-in terror from beyond the stars. If you’re a fan of retro sci-fi, alien invasion movies, flying saucers, vintage horror, cult cinema, drive-in films, and B-movie pulp art, then I made this for you!
Description: A mysterious woman rises from the graveyard as strange lights appear over the night sky. Soon, the dead begin crawling from their graves, drawn toward an otherworldly force that threatens to unleash chaos on the living. The midnight invasion has begun, and she may be the only one who knows why. A pulpy retro sci-fi horror tale steeped in B-movie horror and alien invasion thrills. If you're a fan of retro sci-fi, B-movie horror, and alien invasion, then I made this for you!
Description: "In 1972, a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them....maybe you can hire The A-Team."
Description: The sequel everyone asked for has finally clawed its way out of the grave. After humanity ignored the warnings of Plan 9, the world burned beneath alien skies and the dead returned to walk the radioactive wastelands of Hollywood. Now a gothic final girl in a torn black dress stands between Earth’s last survivors and the cosmic nightmare descending from above. Giant flying saucers, undead ghouls, desert graveyards, neon drive-ins, and retro pulp sci-fi chaos collide in this lost cult-movie nightmare straight from the grindhouse apocalypse. For fans of retro sci-fi horror, Ed Wood cult cinema, flying saucers, drive-in movies, gothic scream queens, vintage pulp posters, VHS-era B-movies, and post-apocalyptic creature features.
Description: Vampira was everywhere for about 15 minutes in the 1950s. Then she challenged the might of ABC television and was crushed under corporate foot. A statuesque, blond Teutonic goddess, Vampira (born Maila Nurmi) preferred to run with the weirdos, turning horror costuming into fashion and setting the stage for goth. Nurmi would have turned 100 years old on Dec. 11, 2022. Her birthday was marked with events around Los Angeles, including a gathering at Hollywood Forever and screenings of Plan 9 from Outer Space and Ed Wood at the American Cinematheque. This is the poster I created to promote the various birthday events.

Criswell was a frequent guest of The Tonight Show and is best remembered today for his appearances in Ed Wood's Plan 9 From Outer Space and Night of the Ghouls.
