Scrolls Hats
Description: In The Ratway beneath the city of Riften, members of the Thieves Guild are renowned for causing trouble. They specialize in the skillful stealing of objects and often leave a hairball as a calling card. Keep an eye out for the thieve's cache ... usually found under the furniture. Some citizens view them unfavorably, but many call themselves a "thief person".
