I hand painted some Moroccan inspired shapes with watercolor paints and put them together in Photoshop to make a repeat. It took a little while but was very satisfying. I think I'd like to do a series of watercolor patterns ... But then again, I'd like to go to Paris, and that's probably not going to happen, either.

This flower is also known as a Cornflower, Bluebottle, Hurtsickle, or even a Boutonniere flower. These are all different names for the same flower. Stems erect, slightly hairy, loosely branching. Leaves linear, 1–4 in., lightly coated with gray hairs, entire or slightly lobed. Flower heads bright blue cup 1/4–1/2 in. high, bell-shaped, with green phyllaries, not spiny.
