Pascal Hoodies

Description: "Blaise Pascal invented both probability theory and the most famous bet in philosophy. This clean payoff table presents his argument in modern decision-theory notation, ready for debate whatever your view. Pascal's wager from the Pensees as a real decision matrix: wager for or against, God exists or not, with payoffs +∞, -c, -∞ and +c, and the expected value E = p·(+∞) + (1-p)·(-c) = +∞ for any p > 0. For philosophy and math students, economists, game theorists, statisticians, theology students and anyone who enjoys a rigorous argument. A smart gift for debaters and teachers.
