A Fort Victoria class Auxiliary Oiler Replenishment (AOR) Ship of the British Royal Fleet Auxiliary off the coast of the Mull of Galloway, Scotland. May 2021. RFA Fort Victoria is a Fort-class combined fleet stores ship and tanker of the Royal Fleet Auxiliary tasked with providing ammunition, fuel, food and other supplies to Royal Navy vessels around the world. She is now the only member of her class. Her sister ship Fort George was decommissioned in 2010 as part of budget cuts in the Navy. In the foreground are the fearless clifftop sheep :)

Wish I was a little more organised in recording my methodology... I watch quite a few of my colleagues... creating works of art and masterpieces of vlogs, and youtube videography and I don't seem to be able to put things together quite the way that some of them do... I think I shot this in full frame, with a 135mm vintage F4 Jupiter 11 lens ~ which I convinced the chap at camera club to part with so that I could continue creating interesting images... The chap was quite a specialised motor sports photographer in his hay days... and I managed to haggle a reasonable price by doing the Dawson's real deal of putting the money down on the table.
