Florida Keys Magnets
Description: A Water Landing At Robbie’s, from my 8”x 10” watercolor painting. I did this painting from a photograph I took while sitting in an Adirondack chair, facing the water, and relaxing at Robbie’s in Islamorada, Florida. Though I started drawing the image while still at Robbie’s, the vast majority of the painting (and the finishing of it) was done while I was smack in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean between America and Europe and cruising aboard the Liberty Of The Seas of the Royal Caribbean cruise line.
Description: A black background with white text and a central graphic. The text "BLUE MERMAID" arches across the top. A mermaid with a hibiscus flower in her hair holds a pineapple. Text on the right reads "FISH TACOS LEGENDARY $5 PIÑA COLADA WHERE LOCALS LOVE A DIVE". Text on the bottom reads "FLORIDA KEYS". "COLD DRINKS" is to the left of the mermaid.
