Description: My homage the late, great American writer, film-maker, musician, actor and visual artist, David Lynch. Lynch was an icon of American arthouse cinema and counter culture. he directed some of the most iconic films of all time such as Mulholland Drive, Blue Velvet, the Elephant Man, Eraserhead, and one of the best TV shows ever, Twin Peaks. He was highly influential for me as an artist and I've tried to convey my admiration for him with this hand-drawn, moody illustration poster. It was illustrated with a HB pencil and then rendered and coloured on my iPad. I also added the floor pattern from the Black Lodge as a background, giving it a graphic look.
