Description: One side of the mug says Escocia and the other says Alba. Alba is Scottish Gaelic for Scotland. Escocia is Spanish for Scotland. The background is hand painted with watercolour and scanned into the computer to be used as the blue in the Saltire the Scottish flag. I used InDesign to design the mug and place the text.
Description: Scotland is a country that covers the northern third of the island of Great Britain and includes more than 790 smaller islands. It shares a border with England to the southeast as well as a maritime border with Eire.
