Disability Pride Mugs
Description: Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) is an invisible disability that impacts daily life in ways most people never notice. This design captures what standing up can feel like for those with POTS, helping others understand the challenges behind the symptoms. It’s perfect for spoonies, advocates, and allies who want to raise awareness, challenge misconceptions, and celebrate disability pride within the chronic illness community.
Description: Show your support for Disability Pride with this vibrant design. Featuring a radiant rainbow awareness ribbon sparkling stars and the powerful "WE CELEBRATE DISABILITY PRIDE" message in a colorful gradient. Perfect for advocates allies and the disability community championing inclusion and equality.
Description: This happy be-hatted buddy is one in a colorful collection of floating turtle friends, each being suspended by a unique balloon cluster in colors representative of various identities. This specific buddy's balloons are in the colors of the Disability Pride Flag. Below is a brief history of the flag's origin: The original Disability Pride flag was created in 2019 by writer Ann Magill, who has cerebral palsy. Magill had attended an event for the 20th anniversary of the ADA and was disappointed that it was confined to the basement and grounds of an independent living center — instead of out in public. The experience motivated her to create a Disability Pride Flag.
Description: This design features a beautiful unicorn tearing it up in a wheelchair, to represent that magical feeling us disabled people get when we arrive somewhere and find that it is actually accessible. A bit of a diversion from my usual style, but still one of my favourite designs to date, because who doesn't love unicorns and accessibility.
Description: Spread a message of empowerment, inclusion, and unity with this inspiring "The Future Is Accessible" design! Featuring an intricate circular floral wreath adorned with supportive hands intertwining with leaves and vines, this beautiful artwork celebrates accessibility and community care. Makes a meaningful gift for advocates, occupational therapists, educators, disability rights supporters, or anyone passionately advocating for an accessible world!
