Description: The Falstaff Brewing Corporation was a major American brewery located in St. Louis, Missouri. With roots in the 1838 Lemp Brewery of St. Louis, the company was renamed after the Shakespearean character Sir John Falstaff in 1903. Production peaked in 1965 with 7,010,218 barrels brewed, and then dropped 70% in the next 10 years. While its smaller labels linger on today, its main label Falstaff Beer went out of production in 2005. The rights to the brand are currently owned by Pabst Brewing Company.

Description: Brasserie Amos brewery was founded in 1868 by Gustave Amos. In 1905 the brewery was the third largest in the Moselle region of France producing over 70,000 hl of craft beer annually. The tagline of 'cent ans de santé' or 'hundred years of health' was a staple in advertising, though no idea if it's backed by actual medical testing ;) This version of the Brasserie Amos Beer is the clean version based on the original ad art, but check out the vintage version with plenty of vintage wear and tear.

When Prohibition forced the closure of the Lemp brewery, local brewer Joseph Griesedieck purchased the Falstaff name in 1920 and changed his company’s name to Falstaff Corp., eventually to be renamed Falstaff Brewing. Post prohibition, Falstaff would become the country’s third-largest brewer from 1957 to 1960, with its production peaking at 7 million barrels in 1966. The ’70s introduced a set of mascots – Fannie and Fearless. Existing in cartoon form, the duo were pictured having assorted adventures from skydiving and motorcycling to waterskiing and bear hunting, all of which included their favorite beer, Falstaff.

The brewery was founded in 1867 and is still privately owned and operated by the Oland family. The company is now in the sixth generation of family ownership. In 2003, Moosehead Lager won a Gold award at the World Beer Cup, and earned another at Monde Selection in 2005.
Description: The Dixie Brewing Company is a regional brewery founded in New Orleans, Louisiana on October 31, 1907. The brewing operation was located on Tulane Avenue until 2005 when it closed due to Hurricane Katrina. Beer was contract brewed out-of-state until November 2019 when a new brewery opened in New Orleans. Dixie Brewing was founded by Valentine Merz, and began production in 1907. The original brick Dixie Brewery building at 2401 Tulane Avenue at the corner of Tulane Avenue and Tonti Street was designed by the German architect Louis Lehle and completed in 1907 with a wooden extension added in 1919.
