Description: Psenicno Lasko was produced in Slovenia's oldest brewery, founded in 1825, and differed from other beers by the use of the yeast from the fermentation, which is also present in the final product, since the beer is unfiltered. The yeast is inactive in the beer and pasteurized before bottling. The beer was characterized as a combination of fruity, pleasantly bitter, spicy and herbal hop notes.
