Description: Miles "Tails" Prower is an anthropomorphic, two-tailed fox who serves as the ultimate sidekick and best friend to Sonic the Hedgehog. Created by Japanese game designer Yasushi Yamaguchi, Tails made his landmark debut in November 1992 in Sonic the Hedgehog 2. His real name, "Miles Prower," is a clever pun on "miles per hour," a direct nod to the franchise's emphasis on high-speed gameplay.
