Description: Red Spiral Infinity This pattern is a fractal pattern that I created using a program called Frax Pro on my iPad. Fractals are never ending patterns based on mathematical equations. I'll be the first to admit I'm not a math whiz, but I'm amazed at how beautiful a math equation can be. Fractals can also be found in nature. Examples are the nautilus shell, snowflake patterns and even our galaxies. This pattern is based on the Mandelbrot equation. This particular pattern has red, black and white as it's color scheme. It has a cool spiral symmetrical pattern and would look great as a metal print or a print on stuff such as phone cases, tote bags, and throw pillow. I do custom commissions as well. Description: The bifurcation diagram for the logistic map is one of the most intriguing fractals in all of non-linear dynamics. Produced from a simple quadratic iterative scheme, it contains within itself windows of chaos and infinite self-similarity. It also looks quite a bit like a tree! Thus I took some liberties and created this colorful logistic tree which holds the essence of the original diagram while branching out to meet its natural cohort. You'll want to choose a light colored shirt for this one.
