This comes from a historical propaganda poster from the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia, bragging about the 1999 F-117A shootdown incident, where a Yugoslav army unit shot down a NATO F-117 Nighthawk stealth aircraft. One of the lesser-known outfits was Nighthawk Custom Shop, which operated from an unassuming warehouse just north of San Diego International Airport along Pacific Highway.
