Description: The world's first supersonic passenger aircraft, the Tu-144, had a complicated history. This aircraft set several world records, was the first passenger aircraft to take off and break the sound barrier, and was never perfected. It was extremely unprofitable, yet incredibly beautiful and technologically advanced! A design for fans of Soviet civil aviation.
