Description: Innerspace is a 1987 sci-fi comedy about a top-secret test of a sub-miniaturization experiment that goes wildly awry. When industrial spies steal the technology, the daring pilot of the world's first molecular-sized craft is accidentally injected into the bloodstream of a hypochondriac grocery store clerk. Now with only a 24-hour supply of oxygen, the atom-sized test pilot must convince the guy whose body he is in to be a hero. He directs him from within to recover the stolen technology, convince his girlfriend that he loves her, and save both of them from a certain death.
Description: Callahan’s Place is a fictional neighborhood tavern that is part of the Callahan’s Crosstime Saloon stories and its sequels. Located off Route 25A on New York’s Long Island, Callahan’s is marked by a single sign and is set back from the road far enough to be easily missed. Due to the location, walk-ins are rare, as people generally don’t find Callahan’s unless they need to. The bar is run by Mike Callahan and the regulars are welcoming and willing to listen, and strange or unusual events and visitors turn up frequently in their stories. Regulars at Callahan’s include a talking dog, extraterrestrials, time travelers, an ethical vampire, Irish mythological beings, and cybernetic aliens, and an obscenity-spewing parrot.
Description: Omni Magazine launched in 1978, billing itself as "the magazine of science & science fiction" and became known for its original and often controversial mixture of science fact, fiction, fantasy and paranormal content. Omni enjoyed a venerable run with the print edition making it through Winter 1995, while a digital version continued through 1997.
