Vhs Mugs
Description: Long before streaming movies and online shopping was a thing, you had to hunt and peck for hard to find movies on VHS, especially those in the horror genre. If you were lucky, you had a mom and pop video store in your neighborhood that shared an interest in obscure cinema and carried stuff that the chain video rental places didn’t. For most of us, this meant finding a distribution company that sold direct via mail order, and Midnight Video was one such distributor. Midnight Video specialized in hard to find movies on VHS, most of which were horror films. They sold through ads in the back of horror magazines and comic books, so Cinephiles would send off a check or money order, and wait for their tapes to arrive.
Description: Relive the glory days of the video rental era with this authentic vintage VHS rental store sticker design. Featuring a bold, high-contrast neon orange and black color scheme, this minimalist typography piece captures the utilitarian aesthetic of 1980s and 90s analog media culture. The distressed, screen-print style mimics the slight imperfections and wear of a real adhesive label found on a rental tape. Whether you're a fan of retro technology, a nostalgia seeker, or a lover of vaporwave aesthetics, this "50 Cent Charge" design is the perfect throwback for your t-shirt, laptop sticker, or tech accessories. Be kind, rewind!

Description: The '80s remain unparallelled when it comes to ridiculous comedies, and 1986's One Crazy Summer is a shining example of the genre. This zany American romantic comedy film focuses on art school hopeful Hoops McCann as he struggles to complete his college application. Resigning himself to a summer of boredom, McCann agrees to go along with his best friend, George Calamari, on a family trip to Nantucket, Massachusetts. After McCann and Calamari cross paths with a rocker chick being pursued by bikers, it suddenly looks like it's going to be one crazy summer.
