Description: In 1959, Grafenwoehr became headquarters of the Seventh Army Training Center, incorporating the Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels Training Areas. In 1975, Grafenwoehr became the headquarters for the Seventh U.S. Army Training Center, which became the Seventh Army Training Command the following year. As of January 2006, the 7th ATC became known as the 7th Army Joint Multinational Training Command. In July 2016, the 7th Army Joint Multinational Training Command was returned to its original designation as the 7th Army Training Command

Description: The Jaeger Corps(Danish: Jægerkorpset) is an elite special operations force of the Danish Defence part of Special Operations Command, formerly of the Royal Danish Army, based at Aalborg Air Base. The Jaeger Corps is composed of around 150 highly trained soldiers with special expertise in counter-terrorism, demolitions, parachuting, and combat swimming, HAHO and HALO parachuting, infiltration, sabotage, reconnaissance and more. Description: USAFE originated as the United States Army Air Forces' Eighth Air Force in 1942. Eighth Air Force commanded VIII Bomber, VIII Fighter and VIII Air Support Commands. On 22 February 1944 American airpower in Europe was reorganized. Eighth Air Force was redesignated as United States Strategic Air Forces in Europe (USSTAF). The VIII Bomber Command was redesignated as Eighth Air Force and brought under the control of USSTAF. The tactical air force in England, Ninth Air Force was also brought directly under its control.
