Description: This local verse from Suffolk, England commemorates the Black Shuck that terrorized the people there in 1577. 4 August 1577, during a raging thunderstorm a massive black dog bursts into St. Mary's church in Bungay, Suffolk, England and kills 2 church members during Sunday service and mauls a third.
