Pot Shorts
Description: Alice in Wonderland: "She stretched herself up on tiptoe, and peeped over the edge of the mushroom. Her eyes immediately met those of a large blue caterpillar that was sitting on top quietly smoking a long hookah, and taking not the smallest notice of her or anything else." A more explicit reference to the effects of hallucinogenic mushrooms is rarely to be found in children's literature. (More designs like this in The Blue Box)
Description: Collectors and fans of vintage Pyrex kitchen glassware will love this design featuring a lineup of old favorites, including an Atomic Age coffee pot, mugs, refrigerator dishes (fridgies), mixing bowls and salt and pepper shakers in eye-pleasing, retro colors. Popular patterns are featured, like Gooseberry, Spring Blossom, Foulard, and Snowflake Blue.
