The album sold over one million copies in the ten days following its release. Don't Look Back was originally to be titled Arrival, however, it was discovered that a Swedish pop group released an album by that name two years prior, so Don't Look Back was chosen. The album received favorable reviews saying that it further refined this group's ability to play hard rock underlined by a sweet, melodic base.
