Aoc Socks
Description: My husband has been telling me for months that my Force is Within art looks like AOC and it sure does fit with her iconic red lips 👄 and the GREEN NEW DEAL. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez is becoming one of my favorite political heroes. She is synonymous with the Green New Deal. I for one am very grateful that she is out there fighting for all of us by trying to protect the planet and promoting creating more jobs in sustainable energy and moving off of fossil fuels. Climate Change is an existential crisis and she is facing it head on. This is to honor and support her fight. 🌎 🙏🏼♥️

Description: Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez attended last week’s Met Gala wearing a dress emblazoned with the slogan, “Tax the Rich.” It’s certainly catchier than what would have been a more appropriate slogan: “This Event Is a Tax Loophole for the Rich.” Intended to attract attention from her fellow celebrity guests as well as the mainstream media, AOC’s dress instead became a focal point for the ire of the right. Conservatives argued it was hypocritical to mingle with the economic elite while denouncing them. AOC suggested that the criticism is an example of American culture being “deeply disdainful and unsupportive of women, especially women of color and working class women.”
