Description: S-Mart is the legendary department store where Ash Williams famously worked in Army of Darkness, the third film in the Evil Dead trilogy. Known for its unforgettable slogan—“Shop Smart. Shop S-Mart.”—this fictional retail chain became a cult favorite among horror fans. Though it only appeared in the film, S-Mart evolved into a central setting in the Army of Darkness comic series (2004–2013), where it’s revealed to be owned by Mr. Smart, a quirky elderly man with thick glasses and a handlebar mustache. Whether you're a fan of Ash’s chainsaw-wielding heroics or retro horror lore, S-Mart is a pop culture gem that blends satire, nostalgia, and supernatural chaos.
